We followed Dr. Franklin from his previous office and had a great experience at this new one. We went for regular checkups and new glasses/contacts. My two boys walked out saying, "That was great!" You'd think they'd been to a party or something - they got cokes and watched a movie while we waited - but the office and staff are just friendly and warm. Really great service and definitely recommend.
I highly recommend this business. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They are a very professional and caring team that’ll make you feel welcome, comfortable and assured that you’re receiving great care at a high level of experience. I’m very pleased with my experience and the treatment I was given. Many thanks to them all!!
I had an appointment with Dr Sarah Gordon last week and always appreciate her professionalism, expertise, and manner. (I’ve been seeing her about 16 years.) Her friendly staff at the front desk, Kayla and Olivia, are helpful and welcoming. Raven, the tech, also is friendly and professional. Haley helped with new lenses, rounding out a very pleasant experience. Strongly recommend!
