The office is immediately warm and welcoming! Very professional, yet friendly! The staff is top notch! Dr. Franklin is the first doctor out of four to give my Mom some hope for her dry eyes! He makes you feel like you're his only patient, and everything discussed is in a way every day people can understand!! Thrilled with our experience and look forward to continuing treatment, and bringing other family members in as patients! Highly recommend on all levels!!

We followed Dr. Franklin from his previous office and had a great experience at this new one. We went for regular checkups and new glasses/contacts. My two boys walked out saying, "That was great!" You'd think they'd been to a party or something - they got cokes and watched a movie while we waited - but the office and staff are just friendly and warm. Really great service and definitely recommend.

I had an appointment with Dr Sarah Gordon last week and always appreciate her professionalism, expertise, and manner. (I’ve been seeing her about 16 years.) Her friendly staff at the front desk, Kayla and Olivia, are helpful and welcoming. Raven, the tech, also is friendly and professional. Haley helped with new lenses, rounding out a very pleasant experience. Strongly recommend!
